The town truck person came out real quick but the auto shop has a lot to learn about giving good customer service and fair auto repair charges and diagnostic charges. They padded the cost for the cost for parts they get from fisher auto repair parts store and do not pass on the life time warranty the auto parts store gives. I am not going to return to this shop for any repairs. I only went there cause I had to tow my car to a shop and the shop I usually go to is out of business cause of the virus issue.

This place is how not to run a business. I called to get my personal property out of the vehicle after it was towed by them from an accident. The supposed manager Johnnie was rude and didn't know what he was talking about. All I wanted to do was get the property before it was towed out of there by the salvage yard. But this poor excuse for a manager didn't know anything. No wonder the tow yards are having problems with the public. This guy was unwilling to listen to reason and accused us of wanting to strip the car and abandoning it.

Called AAA for a tow due to a damaged transmission on my truck. They sent out Sheehan's towing. Gave my keys to the driver and watched him load the truck, have directions to the house and sent him on his way. Left with my wife and my dad to go get the wife's car from a tire shop and went home to find the driver had left the trick where I asked him to. All is good so far, until I look at the front of the truck and saw my headlight and lower fairing damaged. Called it to Sheehan's and they said someone would be in contact with me the next day. No phone call the next day. I call up the following day and speak with the "owner" and was told to send pictures. I sent the pictures. They now won't answer calls or texts.I've used them in the past without any issues, but have heard many horror stories from other customers

I have used Sheehans Towing via AAA membership and I would recommend them 100%. I cannot say enough about the wonderful Drivers that have come to may aid and go above and beyond to help.
