I have been going to them since they opened. Very honest and I wouldn't dream of leaving my dogs anywhere else !

Very Expensive and added charges after we told them not to do anything else. Took our small dog in because he was limping - They couldn't figure out what was wrong with him so they said they had to keep him over night. We had to pay a deposit of several hundred dollars up front. We gave explicit instructions that if it was going to cost more than that to call us first. The next day they added another 50% to the bill without calling us! And they still weren't sure what was wrong with him when we picked him up. I will never take another animal to Trinity Ridge Animal Health, nor will any of our friends and family.

Mike and his staff have been helpful and our animals have done beautifully after having surgery there. Some folks say he is more expensive than some other vets in the area, but hey, you get what you pay for! We are very pleased with him.

They did more than were told and then charged me for it without asking permission. I just assumed they did what I had asked, neutering and shots. No one called me to get permission to treat a wound on his tail that they had found and added another $30 for the treatment plus $21 for medicine. I asked them about the total cost and they said the medicine was for the wound, which I am thinking was for the neutering (no explanation was given) as I didn't bring him in for the sore on his tail

Dr. Patterson is very kind and affectionate to each of my pets that we have taken to him. They have received the best of care. One can tell he really loves animals. He makes you feel your pet is so very important and knows they matter to you. He understands how each pet is uniquely loved in its household. A trait that is very rare with veterinarians.
