a great place to buy a used fridge from the price was low and fair and the guy I spoke with was helpful

I agree with the other reviews. This company's service is poor, they haven't gotten back to me on my questions, and I will drop American Home Shield because of them. I'll look for another warranty company.

These guys are TERRIBLE! I give them no stars! My girlfriend and I went in after she called about a $300.00 side by side fridge, we get there and they say it should be ready because there was nothing wrong with it. The guy calls Jerry and then says it isn't ready. Um, okay if nothing's wrong then why the hell isn't it ready?! That was fine though, so we ask them about how the process of them buying our old one would be (which works perfectly), and they say: "If we decide to buy it then that will just cover the delivery fee." Hold up, delivery fee is $45.00 and we live behind their store. So in summary, they lie about refurbished refrigerators and they will hustle you out of your used refrigerator. Again, NO STARS, never use these people!

OK, so I buy a $1,200 LG Dryer and $1,400 LG Washer. I get home and a part is missing from the Dryer, possible removed by someone at the store. A week later Jerry's Used Appliances finally shows up to check the dryer and order the part. 2 Weeks later I give up, request LG send a different company. New company is about to come out when Jerry's decides to call back and say they have the part. I cancel the second company because Jerry has the part and will be coming out to install it. Another week goes by and after multiple calls we realize Jerry's wont call us back even though they have the part for our dryer. So, it has been over a month now, and still haven't gotten my brand new dryer fixed. Have talked to a few people at Jerry's (Misc. Relatives) who don't know how to get a hold of him, sometimes he has a phone, sometimes he doesn't. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
