I've been going to jacks auto for 2 years now and I've never had a problem. They always help me out and does a great job. My car never comes out with anything broken or cracked ! They are the best Auto mechanic shop I've ever been to and the only one I trust with my car!!! THANK YOU JACK

I took my truck in for a valve job and to have the seals and gaskets changed. When I went to pick it up my truck the windshield was crack down the middle and the oil filer tube was missing. When I question the owner about it he denied it and walk away He would not pay for the damage. I would not go there again.

My car didn't pass smog, the other shop was going to charge me $80 just to see what was wrong, explained the issue and code to Jack and he and his guys were able to handle it right away and it was a simple fix and I am good now for another year of driving. Thanks for your honesty and hard work, being a single mom it puts me at ease to know there are still "good mechanics" out there! Thanks Guys!

My 1999 JAGUAR XJ8L WAS IN STORAGE FOR 2 MONTHS & STALLED WHEN BACKED OUT OF THLE GARAGE. JAG WOULD NOT START; HAD IT TOWED TO A WELL KNOWN CHAIN TIRE SERVICE REPAIR STORE FOR EVALUATION;AFTER A WEEK THEIR CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN REPORTED A BENT VALVE WAS THE PROBLEM & A USED ENGINE COULD BE INSTALLED FOR ABOUT $6,800. I GAVE JACK THE OWNER OF HEFFTY A CALL AND EXPLAINED MY STARTING PROBLEM;AFTER THIS CONFERENCE CALL I WAS TALKING TO A VERY QUALIFIED AUTO TECHICIAN. JACK HAD THE JAG TOWED FROM THE TIRE SERVICE SHOP & IN AN HOUR I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JACK EPLAINING THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT A BAD ENGINE BUT 6 FUEL INJECTORS STUCK OPEN AND A BAD FUEL PUMP. HEFFTY HAD THE JAG UP AND RUNNING LIKE IT RAN BEFORE GOING INTO STORAGE. VERY HAPPY I FOUND A AUTO SHOP TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE. NEED A AUTO REPAIR SHOP WHICH IS QUILIFIED AT A FAIR PRICE- HEFFTY AUTO REPAIR IS THE PLACE.

Jack at Heftys Auto repair was the only person who was fair, didnt rip my off, and did excellent work. I will always take my car to him indefinitely. Business is business but he didnt take advantage of me. I wish we had more people around like Jack. I ask for everyone to call around to others then call Heftys Auto last. You will see for yourself.
