$1500.00 up front for shortsale. 2 years later and 2 potential buyers later the the house is now in foreclosure, my credit ruined. Mounds of paper work, Pdfs, faxes, but rarely able to communicate with the company.

The reviews for Haines & Krieger Realty are all fake, and written by the same person. Unfortunately they have semi-monopoly control over many of the home sales in Las Vegas which makes them difficult to avoid. I just had a dealing with them and they are unprofessional crooks that must be avoided by both buyers and sellers. They will play stupid games with the sales process causing unnecessary delays and increased risk of bankruptcy or foreclosure for sellers trying to sell or short sell their properties. They will try to steer you to their shyster law office,under the same name, so that they can make MORE money doing a foreclosure or bankruptcy. Consumer beware!

Just a horrible company with terrible communication skills. They promise all they can to get your listing and then...POOF! They are gone. Seems to me they prey on the week and suffering...

Listed phone number not working and agent's ? website not working ! That's the way to sell a house !
