I read another review here and almost didn't go to FANCO. I am so happy that I took the chance and went to find out for myself. The store's display of ceiling fans was huge. They had all the brands I had ever heard of and more. The front door displayed there price guarantee policy which stated that they would refund 110% of the difference if a product bought from them was found for less. The salespeople, Casey and Laura, were very helpful. They clearly had been in the industry for years. They took their time listening to all of my needs and, they looked at pictures of my home that I had on my Iphone. I didn't buy everything that day as Laura said that she had some ideas she wanted to email me. The next day, Laura sent me pictures of fans and lighting that she thought would meet my needs. She is a genius. She read my mind even though I didn't really know what I wanted. I tell all my friends about this incredible store. Sara

terrible customer service. I was treated so poorly that I went home and researched the internet for the same fan, I am so glad I did because I saven $69 after shipping!!! Save you hard earned money and find the fan you are looking for on the internet. You don't deserve to be treated like a dog.
