I'm moving there,great location and good prices...I think new management,Hardly any roach,if you are a pig of course they are gonna love to live with you CERDOS,PIGS,COCHONS!!!!! One reviewer says check with Vegas Police Department,and I did and there's hardly any crime around the area,scattered incidents...There's more crime around Maryland Parkway and Twain..You don't want to move by that area. Hope this review is helpful to you all,and don't believe everything you hear....Check for yourself first!!!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! bad maintenance, bad customer service, and just go online to las vegas metro police and scroll down to crime view community enter andover's address and go back 60 days it'll tell you how bad it it with stolen cars ,robberies etc.so please think twice about moving in to this apt. complex. i'm glad i'm moving out in a few days...

NOPE!!!.. not a good choice ...i've lived here for over 2yrs..and i dont know why i didnt move out since the new office personel they dont know how to pleased tenants if u request a service for fixture problem ..they'll take forever to come and fix it. dont even complaint about it cause one of the girls in the office her name is jessica she'll make things up saying you called her names and that u insulted her she thinks she is the owner when she's not even the mgr. so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to be your new home!

zero crime, maintenance very quick to respond and repair with no questions asked. security gates assure plenty of parking, but can be a hassle at times (night deliveries)
