We took our elderly adopted Meezer in for one problem. Blood work was done, when the lab report came, various diet changes and medicine were prescribed for another factor. One medicine prescribed, was long term and I phoned for some assurances in dosing in order to minimize the potential of side effects. As I tried to explain my questions from information gathered from various internet sources, Dr Daniels asked, "was I as medical professional?" (I'm certainly not, and if I was, I wouldn't be calling) and who would I rather believe, the internet, or her? Up to this point, I was very pleased with the office and staff, and would have agreed with the prior assessments, however this exposure left me less enthusiastic with the "take it because I said so and I'm a Dr" attitude. I'm sure it is a fine facility, however there are people who really care about their animals, and are determined to know exact dosing instructions in order to minimize potential side effects, whether I'm a Dr, or not.

Dr. Lutz is a wonderful Dr. Not only does he love the animals, but he is very family friendly as well. We have taken our dog in with problems, and he personally called to check on her after we were back home with her. We took her in for blood work just this week in preparation for a procedure, and again the Dr. himself called to let us know everything was fine.That really proves that he not only cares about the animals, but their owners as well.
