Lindsay, I am glad to say that the younger man you speak of no longer works at the Laramie Post Office and I'm sorry to say that we had several complaints about him for that same type of behavior. I hope you give us another try in the future. I have been an employee in the Laramie Post Office for 15 years and I strive every day to give every customer the best possible experience I can. My name is Susan if you ever have any mailing questions or issues. I'm there Monday through Friday, 8am to 5:45pm every week for the next 15 years (God willing!) if you ever need any assistance.

Extremely incompetent. I paid $22.95 for a set of keys to be sent priority mail express, essentially leave Monday and arrive at their destination on Tuesday at 3pm. Low and behold, they did not arrive. It is now Wednesday. I went in to get my refund accordingly, but the desk clerk and postal master would not give me the refund as they said the tracking number did not show an updated destination. I showed them that the last record the USPS tracking system showed was in Cheyenne...Monday night. I said, therefore it is obviously late as it does not show arrival in San Diego CA, the final destination. They argued they didn't know that because their system didn't show an update. I said if they had arrived on time, then their system would have showed Tuesday at 3 pm, but it did not and as such, THEY ARE LATE! They wasted my time and told me I had to come back for a refund. Bad customer service, not well mannered, and arrogant, I do not recommend the USPS Laramie location on 5th street.

I'm not one to complain., but I witnessed something really awful at the post office with a younger man that works behind the counter. A woman, that obviously spoke English as a Second Language approached the counter to mail a shipment overseas. The man was apparently frustrated with her, raising his voice and YELLING at her when she didn't understand. Excuse me, but just because you yell louder at someone doesn't mean they are going to understand you any better. She can HEAR!! I was disappointed in myself for not walking up there and telling him to back off, but I was so upset I thought I might yell at him and then all hell would break lose! This isn't the first time that I've seen this man be disrespectful and rude and because of that, I really felt the need to review this post office. Put a smile on your face and treat people with respect- you're in a customer service position!

Could you please please once again tell your people to be more careful. They are constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address. This time it was my paycheck which means I am in big trouble this month. You have the most irresponsible mail deliverers that I have ever had. Please talk to them.
