We were here visiting for an Eric Church concert we called the taxi and were told 15-20 minutes so we went outside to wait well 45 minutes later still no taxi so we called and asked about it and was told what driver no call you i was told they would call the driver and call me back but no call back so after an hour of waiting we call again and again are told he has to call driver. Apparently my cell didnt ring in and a message was left that i did not answer so they not coming find another ride. I called them back and was told he was not the driver and didnt know how long and I need to answer my phone but even if my phone didnt ring in we were standing out side for over an hour. Driver did finally pick us up an hour and 15 after we called and was very nice but dispatch was rude and out blank told us to find a different ride after we had already waited an hour and were late for the concert. Dont use this taxi if you have to be somewhere or like being treated like a human being
