Welcome to the Cottage House Inn and beautiful downtown Lanesboro! Established in 1993, our inn is family built, owned and operated and in its third generation of management. Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue (the main street in our small town), you will find it is easy to walk to all Lanesboro has to offer: shops, restaurants, the Commonweal Theatre, the bike trail, the river, the city park, and more. The Cottage House makes you feel at home with our front porch, clean rooms and warm hello. Complimentary coffee and tea are available for all of our guests. We look forward to the opportunity to be "your Inn when you're out!". All Lodging Includes: Fiber wi-fi internet, private bath with tub/shower combination, alarm clock with USB plug for charging, and hairdryer. Toiletries, iron, ironing boards, and ice are available upon request. We have a locked bike storage shed and off-street parking. Except for Suite 9 which has a smart TV, all other guest rooms do not have TV or phone. Our breakfast room seats 16 and has dishes, microwave, and self-serve coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Our meeting room seats 36 and has a sink, microwave, fridge, ice, glassware, dishes, and cutlery. Main House: Rooms in the Main House are furnished with antiques and are accessed by entering the lobby or side door entrance from the north parking lot. Hotel Addition: Rooms in the addition have a more contemporary style and have exterior entrances through a shared deck with parking available in our south parking lot. These rooms have keypad entries for self check-in. Stainless steel mini-fridge with separate freezer door are in Rooms 10-14. ADA Information: Rooms 1-3 and 10 and 11 are on first floors. These rooms offer queen beds (26" high) and private bathrooms with tub/shower combination, high toilet, grab bars, and shower seat upon request.
