When Joe came out Friday Aug 1 he went over my options concerning replacing my air conditioner. On Aug 4, two of his emploees showed up to replace the nonworking unit. Snaun and Eddie were very professional and straight forward. They were a joy to work with. While professional, they both showed a sense of humor. I would have no reservations about referring Jand L Air Conditioning to anyone who wants a top notch job without the high pressure sales pitches.

I had a new unit placed at my resident and the owner Joe came out and gave me a estimate on the unit and explained everything about it. He took his time not like other people who were in and out or wanted to give me one over the phone. Once I decided to go with J and L they sent out a technition named Shawn , who was very professional and did everything step by step. Shawn noticed that there was no water coming from the drain line. He found the leak and it was repaired for a little extra charge but worth it. Excellent installation at a very fair price. Thanks J and L for cooling me down. Mr. Byrns

My appointment time was between 3-4 pm. Joe called that morning and said he would be here in 45 mins. He arrived at 10 am. Joe is very professional, friendly and more than prompt. He answered all my questions, fixed my air conditioner and had my house nice and cool in no time at all. I like the fact that J&L is a local company with 18 yrs. experience. I had the best experience with J and L Air Conditioning and Heating Services. It's really hard to find honest people in your time of need and I was lucky enough to get that from this company. I made on phone call and was able to get someone to come out the same day and had my AC repaired and I really know I received a great deal and got great service.

The technician was very responsive. Although it was a Saturday he came in about 45 minutes to attend to the issue of my air handler. He identified the problem and he fixed it by Monday after he bought the parts needed as the store was closed on the weekend. I asked him to come fix another issue I had at a different house with the heat pump which was covered in ice, he was very knowledgable and he suggested the best option to fix it. Great Service and very honest and to the point I didn't feel like I was dealing with a car salesman. Would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

J&L came out to my house and informed me I needed a new unit outside. My old one was 14 yrs old. After explaining a few different options I decided to replace my Trane with an American Standard. The guys were professional and showed up when they said they would. I would recommend to my friends.

Great experience. I received a quote from another company for over $230 more. J & L was up front with their pricing and very accomodating. The other company tried charging us a $75 warraty fee they said Carrier charges them and J & L said it was BS. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

After 10 years my AC went out. I called J & L and talked to Joe. Nice guy very professional easy to work with. The part was ordered, when it came in he called we made an appointment to install it. He was punctual, clean and fairly priced. Didnt try to sell me every thing under the sun. I would work with this company again and will refer them to friends.

He was great about answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease with a process that was new to us. The unit is now installed and has been working great for over a year now!
