Horrible service. Shut off service early at apartment (we were moving) and were unable to undo it. Would not make any compensations. Serviceman was at least an hour late when setting up new connection. Fees keep going up.

After experiencing a problem with my remote control, the service couldn't have been better. The friendly staff at Lancaster Comcast exchanged my remote for a new one, hassle free. In no time, I was back enjoying digital programming.
