Dr. Anthony Trawick and Family Eye Center South have been providing comprehensive eye and vision care services to families in the greater Lakeland area since 1983. Our practice goal is to provide the highest quality eye care to each patient we see, and to deliver that care in a very caring and compassionate manner, giving every person the individual time and attention they deserve. Our practice specializes in the areas of Ocular Disease, Contact Lenses, Pediatric Eye Care and Sports Vision. We also carry a large selection of fashionable Eyeglasses and Sunglasses for all ages, with over 1000 frames in stock, and styles ranging from designer to budget. We specialize in all types of Contact Lenses, from Disposable, Tinted, Toric and Multifocal, to Gas Permeable, or Specialty Refractive Lenses and stock thousands of diagnostic lenses to expedite the fitting process. We use state of the art diagnostic testing equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of various eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, and many more. So, whether it's a routine examination for eyeglasses or contacts, or a medical eye disease requiring complex treatments or surgery, our office is happy to assist your entire family with your eye care needs.
