This is not a good salon I went there explained what I wanted done this was before the holidays. I went in for highlights thick highlights like I always had done and the hairdresser did not do my hair right in fact you can barely see highlights and my hair was dark something I never did on my hair, I was always a blonde. I paid 85.00 I told her i didnt like it she told me I could come back and she would fix it. that was in December, I been calling to set a date for her to fix my hair and now she wont take my calls or respond to my texts. I asked her for a refund and never received it . First its a lot of money for some who works paycheck to paycheck. To go into a salon to have something done and not get it then to be told they would redo it and never do this is bad customer service. they are dishonest and do not value their customers the person that ruin my hair name is Michelle.

I have had several friends leave this salon because the staff was very rude and made them feel like they should be priviledged to even be granted an appointment. I tried to get an appointment a month ago, called 3 times and never got a call back--so I was never able to even schedule an appointment here. I have started going to another salon in the downtown area reccomended by a friend that used to go to Salon No5, but left just because she had to wait 3 months to even get in.

Amy is an excellent stylist & colorist. The salon offers all the pampering one could ever desire. Wonderful, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Great experience.

Wonderful salon. VERY clean and pleasant atmosphere. I've been a customer for over 6 years and have never had a problem. Very accommodating and will squeeze in repairs without ever running over on other appointments. Honestly, top quality materials used means that I have never had a problem with manicures or pedis. Today when you hear about salons using illegal product and consumers having problem with nails "melting" off, one can never be careful enough when choosing a salon. This is a great salon without all of the gossip and garbage that comes with some of the other salons out there. If you're looking for quality, give them a call...you won't be sorry you did.
