This service is horrible here. When you call the lab you can leave a message but no one ever calls back. Nor is there a " relal" person to pick up the phone or an alternative number. You cannot confirm if they got your fax or if they have your appointment time. You have to schedule an appointment on line and that too is automated and clumsy. This service is terrible. I also called oen lab they had listed on lien and it didn't exist anymore they need to update that information. Terrible
