I came here looking for a terrarium suitable for my baby ball python, and the chick who worked there came over, was rude from the very start. I asked for her opinion and she tried to persuade me to buy the biggest terrarium for a HATCHLING baby ball python. I told her no, I need a smaller enclosure and that I've read from many sources and listened to many people, that a smaller enclosure is ideal. But she insisted because oh it was such a better deal and the snake will grow in to it. She wasn't pleasant at all to deal with and I couldn't seem to get her to go away. She just stood their waiting for me to decide.

DO NOT GO HERE the manager is extremely arrogant and unpolite. i came there for a gar and she basically yelled at me saying that they havent had gars in 4 years which was a lie and she also told me that i needed a bigger tank. i did not even tell her the size of my tank. there was 2 incidents also,i asked for a steel stand and she still yelling says nobody makes those anymore. She argued with me for 15 minutes before i abruptly left the store. I further went down to Nolans and found the stand for 300 bucks less! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND THEY GIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. P.S shes doing all of this while trying to flirt with the other employee in the front

I have been buy the pet grass for 1 & 1/2 years at this location that gets delivered by UPS. But for the past 5 weeks has been either over watered or cut like a lawn!!!! This is horrible, so bad that I went in and actually asked for paper towels to sob up excess water and cleaned out the water troughs to save the grass. I then came back the next day and purchased beautiful grass and cats were happy. If they can't even take care of wheat grass, I'm wondering about other things! I have called and visited the store and still no good grass. Only pots of manicured grass. Seriously, I am going to shop around for all my pet supplies. They didn't even thank me for doing their job!!!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this store! The staff is so helpful and love your animal. I would bring my pitbull in all the time before he passed away and even though he was 90lbs not one employee was scared of him (just the other customers). They always have treats on hand and will help you find anything that you are looking for. They know a lot about the products and will recommend what's best for you based on the facts and their knowledge not just to make a good sale. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to take good care of their pets!

I took my dog there and had the most terrible experience ever! First of all, they never called to let me know that she was done, so I went there right before they closed and I was told that she was done. I do not get my dog shaved, only sanitized. They were supposed to give her a bath, brush her out very good, ( she has thick hair) paint her nails, and sanitize her. The only thing that they did was give her a bath ( and I am not completely sure they did that). She was not even brushed at all and she looked worse than when I dropped her off. When I said something about it I was told that the girl who did her at went home already. I would not have even gotten my dog if I hadn't just shown up. Then the lady that was there said the only thing the girl did to my dog was give her a bath. When I talked to the manager about it, he still made me pay for the grooming! I do not recomend this place to anyone who actually wants their dog groomed. I had to take mine somewhere else the next day.
