(More) I am trying to go through religious financing through a well-known bank in Illinois. The sells manager talked to my loan officer very rudely and even she said that she will cancel the contract. When the loan officer told her that the client is coming to Florida to complete the contract, she told the loan officer that tell your client not to come to FL. I was very disappointed and mad when I heard that. I mean who is she to tell me not to go to FL or anywhere. The sells manager has given me hard time. We paid the earnest money in February and we are still waiting to sign the contract using the lender of my choice. She is not changing the contract at all. I am very unhappy with the services they are providing. If you can just stay away from their services and buy a house from different builder, it will be less head ache. (Hide)

Can count on them to complete the house in a timely manner. The drywall work was not good. A year and a half later, the drywall screws could be seen (rust) and the drywall tape... (More) The drywall work was not good. A year and a half later, the drywall screws could be seen (rust) and the drywall tape peeling/drooping. Driveway, front porch slab, and garage floor cracked more than the usual settleing of a house. Sod was not laid correctly and lots of weeds in it. Should I continue? (Hide)
