I needed a nasty trojan removed from my computer. It took 2 weeks for them to return it..only to find out they simply partitioned off 3/4 of my harddrive, leaving barely any space. Have to delete stuff regularily to get new downloads....thanks a lot!! Oh, and it was way more than i sdhould have been charged it turns out too, what a surprise.......Best Buy overcharging. /rolls eyes

customer service on the floor is one thing. customer service when you need warranty, or any other problems, you might as well toss whatever you bought in the trash and go buy new somewhere else. and geeksquad just replaces parts until the hit on the right one that is defective, at that point you may have spent $1000 for a $100 part. its why they are known among techs as 'pirates'. if you need TVs, walk over to Costco - if you need computers, go to 4th Dimension - heck....i'd go to Goodwill before i went to BestBuy.

I recently purchased an LED-LCD television from the Best Buy store in Lacey. When I went into the TV department, I was promptly found by a salesman, who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He looked like a teenager, but hey, we're buying electronics here. The TV I was interested in had been marked down $120 from the advertised price. I was approved for 3 years financing with no interest. The TV was purchased on a Monday. I got free delivery and free pickup of the old TV the following Saturday. I received a call the night before to tell me it would be delivered between 10:00-12:00. At 10:45 the next day the delivery men arrived, removed the old TV, unpacked the new TV, assembled the base, connected it to my cable, ran through the set-up menu, and in 20 minutes were on their way. All in all, a very smooth process, and I am a very satisfied customer.
