Customer service is bad the black lady not nice at all.few times i been there.same each time.if she dont like her job,move her some where.if she gets payed for what she doing.dont see how.fedex is looking good.

Very poor service the worst I have experienced with UPS. This centers drivers are terrible. They consistently misdeliver packages, or drop them off on the road, or just in the ditch near the driveway. And of coarse they report to UPS tracking that they are delivered, forcing the recipient to have to contact the shipper to file a claim. I will use other services from now on when ever I can.
