      The Colorado Boys Ranch s motto is It s easier to build a boy than mend a man. Also known as CBR YourthConnect, the ranch has been featured on numerous national television programs, including NBC Nightly News, PBS, A&E, The History Channel and The Discovery Channel s Animal Planet, as well as in national magazines and hundreds of newspapers throughout the United States. The Colorado Boys Ranch offers leading-edge research and treatment to youth, to help them overcome incredible odds. This facility based in La Junta, Colo., is for at-risk boys and young men, ages 10-21. The ranch is situated on 340 acres of land that thousands have visited since 1959. It is operated by YouthConnect International and is one of the organziation s three primary branches. The Colorado Boys Ranch is the flagship psychiatric residential treatment program. It also maintains a facility in Pueblo, Colo.
