I give them a 5 star rating. They came out with a portable jumper and got my car started...I went down to the store, they gave me a great deal on a new battery and installed it too, it was very cold too...Love them to death, hugs to all the great men there..

The store in Lacrosse Wisconsin was very rude, nobody offered to help me or acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Eric Olson told me right away when he saw my watches that he is no good at and doesn't like changing watch batteries and he proceeded to get so frustrated with me that he was short tempered and insulting. After the batteries were changed in two of the three watches I brought in he acted like he was doing me a huge favor by telling me that I didn't have to pay for the batteries, I proceeded to ask why and he would not tell me why. I asked him was it because I had a bad experience in the store and he quickly said no which led me to believe that he must have thought that I did something wrong. He hurt my feelings because I was not trying to argue with him about anything or get anything for free, I was only trying to get batteries replaced in my watches and pay for the service. He was so frustrated with me because I had two accounts at the store and I had a lifetime warranty on some watches and not on others, but I was not arguing about which was which I just told him 5 times that I would not be purchasing the lifetime battery changing warrant on any other watches in the future because it was too much of a hassle after he assumed that I would! I feel insulted that he considered me to be too much of a problem to even let me pay for the batteries and acted like he was doing me a huge favor by doing so. It didn't help matters that one of sales associates started smirking at me at this point either.

Super helpful. I walked in and was greeted right away and got the batteries I needed. Clean store. I will be back and recommend this store!
