The workers at Knox Plasma have pleasant personalities, and their work is fast and efficient. With over-head televisions and wi-fi access, a trip to this plasma center can be both fun and financially rewarding.

Knoxville Plasma was not a clean facility, and the people there were very rude. I went for the first time today, and one of the first questions they asked was about allergies, to which I answered that I have a latex allergy. It took an hour of processing before they told me that their facility did not have any latex alternatives, and so I couldn't donate there. What a waste of time! Thankfully, CSL Plasma does have latex alternatives, and their facility is so nice and clean. They have plasma TV's everywhere, unlike Knoxville Plasma, and the wait was not very long. I would never go back to Knoxville Plasma again!
