I was in a lot of pain when I went and scared to death of having a root canal. The girls there took me right back ; there was no waiting. Dr. Sullivan was so gentle and quick, I couldn't believe I had been so scared. It was easier than having a filling done.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was terrified of having a root canal done, but it was painless.

Horrible experience. Staff was accommodating, but Dr. Sullivan was callous, cavalier, and unprofessional. Will not return. Dr. Sullivan began root canal without administering sufficient anesthesia or offering any explanation of what to expect during two-hour procedure. He burned patient's lip with cauterizing tool during procedure and failed to address it even after patient asked him to stop.While perhaps technically proficient (arguable), Dr. Sullivan's bedside manner (or complete lack thereof) was simply atrocious--and the most defining of this office experience. When patient asked when pain would subside, Dr. Sullivan's reply was a dismissive and sarcastic reply: "Who knows--if I could answer that, I'd buy a lottery ticket". In this patient's opinion, Dr. Sullivan is clearly past his prime and would be well-served to retire. Clearly he has not stayed abreast of current best practices in regards to overall patient care. Recommend you not let anyone you love be treated here

this was a very pleasant experience, the doctor and assistant were very kind, caring, and gentle. he did a great job getting me numb, hardly even knew he was in my mouth. it was a nice surprise when he called me that nite to see how i was doing. i had almost no discomfort. i will thank my denstist for sending me to him for treatment. marie
