Geat prices top quality and clean is Aquarium on Papermill. The prices are better than Petsmart and Aquarium is the only store with quarantined hand caught fish. As soon as you walk in you know they care about what they do. They have a store as large all of the other area stores in Knoxville combined and it is a true destination store. The prices I found were excellent. Items like frozen like frozen food and Seachem Aquavitro are priced equal to any online store. In fact they have a huge online business. I prefer to keep my business in local stores like this that strive to be clean, take care of me and my pets and help the hobby. The store manager Scott I think always makes sure I am taken care of and Leah is a gem. The freshwater and pond section is beyond compare in the city. They also own Tenneesee Water Gardens I am told. I travel to all of the

Great store! Awesome prices! In todays markket you get what you pay for. They quarentine everything that comes to them and the staff is great. What a lot people don't realize that are complaining about waiting is the fact the store is usually pretty crowded and/or the workers are cleaning tanks or waterchanging them. I love this store

They have a very good selection of everything you need for your aquarium, but the service is very poor.

Thank you Aquarium Knoxville. My pond and aquarium are working well with your help. Great service and prices. I joined the VIP program and also like the web site with free aquarium pond log with email reminders. I am excited about my recent Reef aquarium. Keep up the good work.

We had been shopping at this location for the past couple of years since we moved into the area. However, today my son and I stopped in to just pick up a crayfish for his aquarium. Which was only a couple of dollars. We were not allowed to pay for it with a debit card because we didn't spend enough. We spent money to drive there didn't we? We were told that it's a $5 minimum. The cost was not the concern. The problem is that we were told what we have to spend. I understand that there are cost involved in using cards. But, if cards haven't been figured into the cost of doing business, you fall into the category of looking for slow dimes instead of fast nickels. Considering the current economical environment, you would think that any purchase by a customer would be welcome. We have reached the point were we've spent enough money at this location. I informed them that they exceeded their purchase limit and requested to be removed from calling list, VIP, and email.

I have seen many stores in the southeast and this is a must see. The web site aquariumconnection.com. It is great also. Free log books to track your todo's. Solutions and reviews cover all the info and product selection you need. For ponds, reefs, aquariums, and fish I have found no better place to shop. They quarantine their fish and medicate them to insure health. This is never seen at mass merchants or most stores. Worth the drive if you live in Tennessee or surrounding areas. The reef tank selection is top of the line with great pricing. If you have ponds this is store is your best choice. They have the products for beginners and advanced customers. The quality staff includes biologists, chemists, and botanists. I took a class from one of them at UT for pond building. You can order online and the pricing and shipping prices are great.

Notably good service experience.

Their staff seems to change some, but a few of the employees have been there a while and know a lot about the industry. Good prices and good service. Great selection! The only place around that really has quality livestock.

Decent Prices, Service so-so

Seems to have a lot of inventory, but you will be waiting quite a while if you a re looking for help. Most every time I go in, I have to ask for assistance after 10 to 15 minutes of trying to make eye contact with someone.
