The staff is the greatest people I have ever met.they understand what you are going through and they go by the law it's not any thing like the omega pain specialist but that doctor you better watch out what he gives you because he put me in kidney failure and was put in ccu because of that dummy that don't care what he puts you on even though he should know your health history but he doesn't care at all.thanks everyone

what can i say about this clinic other than saying no other place can beat them they are outstanding never meet so many friendly people that works there i was shocked and amazed at how they listen and take time to discuss your needs they get you in and out quickly i see lindsey she always has a smile on her face always goes over my care plan she really knows her stuff you dont have to set forever to get called by to see your nurse they are right there amanda is always on top of things to the best center anywhere.

I give this clinic 3 stars . The medical staff especially Rachel , is the very best. She listens well and is as helpful and understanding as any other Dr I have met. Although scheduling and the office staff are TERRIBLE. If you can follow their dates specifically with no other conflicts regardless of purpose they are very nice. If you need to have certain days or need to call and adjust an appointment. Even when trying to schedule 2,months at a time to avoid problems. They are RUDE. Then they will call and threaten the patient with dropping them and accuse you of being rude to them. I don't think those are good customer practices. I had been taking a friend to her appts with them, I have a very strict regimented schedule I have to follow and had been taking her for a year before all of a sudden scheduling became an issue. I've been a patient of this clinic for years. Rachel and Natalie are my NP/RN respectively. I've been to one pain clinic in 3yrs+ and its this one. They are wonderful. However, this clinic is by the book. If your pill shopping dont waste your time. If your looking for a clinic that will be there tomorrow and not be on the 5 o'clock news because they were shut down then this is your place. They are busy but you can count on them to listen to you and help you with legitimate issues. They will pill count and they dont mess around. They tell you exactly what they expect of you so its simple to follow along. No surprises or gimmicks. If your looking for a good one this is place. Ray B.

I have had the misfortune of going to several pain clinics in the area, and I can say without any hesitation, that Dr. Fox and his staff are the absolute best. You don't feel like a number, you aren't forced to wait for hours and hours in the waiting room, and they treat you like a patient not an inconvenience. I am a Advanced Practice Nurse who recently had cancer. I can say from personal experience as a provider, then as a patient, that there is no provider in this area that is more competent or caring than Dr Fox and his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Now if your a pill pusher, drug seeker, and looking to get high, the best think to go to rehab. He does not put up with it!!!

Not a good pain management physician. Staff is outstanding, but would not recommend Dr. Fox. He is unprofessional in his treatment of his patients, as well as lacks understanding of patients with legitimate pain problems.

This pain clinic is the best place in the Tennessee. They are very good at listening to you and understanding the problems that you have. I have never seen Dr. Fox myself but I do see rachal and she is awesome. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that has chronic or severe pain and can't get you family doctor to understand. This office is very good at getting you in and out, very efficient and the staff is incredible too.
