For some reason they decided to switch the egg in their sandwiches. It used to be scrambled, now it's fried. Nobody mentioned that when I bought the sandwich, had to throw it away. I won't be buying breakfast sandwiches at this Dunkin Donuts anymore.

This place is always clean. The people who word there aer super nice. The work quickly and efficently. Even the bathrooms are clean. When I had a problem with an order, the apologized and fixed it right away.

i dont agree with the first review, and if its so easy to make a coffee/bagel just do it yourself. this store on ulster av is always clean, the employees are always extremely patient with the customers who tend to complain from what ive seen and the coffees always fresh. its understandable that mornings are crazy when tons of customers are running late for work & in dire need of coffee. the staff on drive thru handles it well. i hate to see when a customer curses at the staff for something they have already fixed! the staff makes the atmosphere great, if only some of the rude people would be a little more kind towards them. it must be intense to be taking orders while making the last 3 while also presenting a smile at 7 in the morning. glad they work hard and i hope to see this staff in the future! only flaw i can see are the new workers and how they dont all seem to be trained as well as the staff thats been there for years.hope they can model from their fellow work

How hard is it to get a coffee and bagel order right? Apparently it's almost impossible for the employees here. I ordered a medium coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. Easy right? I get up to the window and the $ amount is higher than I expect, but since it's the morning rush and there's a line a cars behind me, I begrudgingly hand over the $4.74 (after questioning her). She then hands me an iced coffee. I didn't order an iced coffee. SIGH.The $ amount was wrong for a reason and now she has to go get the manager to refund the difference. (Sorry about that line of cars behind me.) I drive away. When I finally get to my bagel, you guessed it, mistake #2. I asked for veggie cream cheese, she reiterated that I wanted veggie cream cheese, and I got plain cream cheese (and not toasted). SIGH. I know I know, there are much more important things in life than complaining about this, but still, "how hard is it to get a coffee and a bagel order right?"
