      i.e., A local favorite, The ladies at Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry are the most caring dental staff I have ever met! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel a part of the Tri-Cities Smile's Family! Dr. Sanders expertise in the field of cosmetic dentistry is proved by the quality of her work. Not to mention, you get the royal treatment with the heated massage chairs, paraffin hand wax, scented towels, and coffee bar!or highly recommended because
