While my children were seen by Dr. Patel I had no issues with the doctor himself. He was very professional and always made sure their care and needs were top priority. However, I moved to a new location and requested the transfer of their medical records. I have called several times, filled out the required paperwork, and given them 3 different numbers to send the records too, I have even asked for them to overnight these records so my children can get the medical services needed! Its been almost 3 months and STILL nothing! The staff has neglected to do their job and as a result my children have to suffer!

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to other parents. He is a wonderful doctor. He addresses all concerns and his staff is excellent as well. I will greatly miss his services now that we have moved out of state.

Contacted this office after my son hit his head at school, received an appointment for a few hours later, I was shocked as well as impressed (same day..wow). The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Sujay is great with kids, he helps them to understand medical terms and pays attention to detail. He found another issue with my son, that he wanted to "check out" and watch for the next month. Our visit was quick and full of information and I did not feel that we were just another number submitted to the insurance plan for payment. My friend referred this office to me and I'm glad I listened!
