There Pharmacy is the worse! No one has the same explication for anything. They can't read the numbers off the screen to call apparently. Never again.

What I like about this pharmacy is that medicines are always available when I need them. I give them a good review for their services.

I am an Active Duty Soldier. I have been in this area since June of last year. I have been working in and around health for 32 years. Currrently, I work in the 1CD Surgeon Cell. In todays health care delivery, quality customer service has taken a back seat to quanity sold. Today, at HEB # 581 in Killeen, that was not the case. I would like to thank Venus and Steve for their professional and friendly service.

I just want to say I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist Anna is so nice and she is always helpful when I need her. The lines are long, and the wait time for prescriptions is a little long as well, but I know they probably go through a lot back there. The customer service is great that I receive.

I dread going to the pharmacy at HEB. The store is great but management needs to speak to the people working in the pharmacy. If you are lucky you might catch the pharmacy counter empty with no customers and about 8 10 people working in the pharmacy and you will still have to wait at least an hour. When the pharmacy tells you it will be about twenty minutes for your prescription make that at least an hour.

I love heb but their pharmacy line is ridiculous it take them for ever to get the line moving either they need to make more than two lines or the need to make a drop off and a pick up line to help the process move a Little quicker n smoothly and maybe more workers it gets aggravating especially when your not the person feelin well

I wish to thank you for all your hard work, I know it has taken you several phone calls and several faxes, to fix the problems MADE by the Insurance, and Doctors office, I just want to thank you for your Hard work, Kindness, Patients, and going above and beyond what you needed to do, I wish to Thank Brian to he was very helpful as well.
