After spending a week in the NJ July heat with no working air conditioning and many failed attempts to get timely and effective service from a competitor, I finally called Meyer & Depew. I am so glad that I did! Kyle B. arrived within the scheduled window of time and did a thorough diagnostic of the system. He got it up and working and alerted me to signs of a refrigerant leak, adding dye to the system so the leak can be identified during a future visit. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Five stars!!

George (Juraj) helped us. He was excellent, friendly and very professional. He made sure that our heat, furnace, humidifier, air filters, humidifier filters and all the settings were good. He went beyond to make sure everything was ok & to answer all of my questions. He explained concepts to help me better understand why we were having issues with our humidifier as he was fixing it. He was giving good advice and he was not trying to hard sell anything which is very important for me. He explained to me the life expectancy of furnaces (15 yrs) and mentioned to me that our furnace (16 years) is still good for at least one more season but to have a plan maybe next year just to be safe. He could have easily pushed for us to get a new furnace with them but did not because it was not necessary yet. He also made sure not to leave any dirt in our house before and after the service. We will DEFINITELY get their services again next time and I would be very happy if they send Juraj again.

The company is professional, polite and prompt in sending someone out for service. Today, the service man really seemed to understand how to balance the a/c.

We had Joe (service tech) evaluate one of our 15 year old central AC units. The outcome was that the unit was not salvageable, based on the number of issues identified. It was agreed by all that we would need to replace the unit, as it would be cost prohibitive to make repairs/new parts versus purchasing a brand new unit. Joe was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous.
