My wife and I went after 8 pm for a quick hot summer night treat. I pulled into stall #16 and rang the call button several times with no response. The gal working the drive-up window watched us sitting there the entire time but made no effort to be of any help. So my wife finally got out of the car and walked up to her to inquire why everyone was getting orders and we couldn't even get waited on. Her reply was that #16 doesn't work. My wife told her then an out of order sign should be placed on the screen. "Oh" she said, "we have but people take it off". My wife's next reply was, "And one of your staff people can't even let us know that information yet you sit there and just watch us press the button?" A server even delivered an order to the next stall's car and could have mentioned that #16 was out of order, but oh no, that would be too difficult. We simply drove off and will not be visiting that location anymore. Very poor customer service.

I love Sonic food but this store always messes up your order not once in awhile but every time and if you get a limeade or a cherry limeade don't look for limes or cherries because you never get any.

My husband and I have been regulars of this location for 10+ years. It is a well managed store with what appear to be very happy employees. Very Clean, Orders are always prompt and accurate. Occasionally we need extra napkins, ketchup and are quickly accomodated. We do tip and its not excessive the change/silver from our bill plus $1. These peolpe work for minimum wage and loose change adds up to maybe $20-$30 in a full shift we are guessing. We appreciate the quality service that is why we show it with tipping.
