I was there for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have someone else do the work to save myself time. If I would have known how long it takes these wannabe mechanics to do a 30 minute job I would have done it myself. And I don't have a shop or lift.

I could tell the sales rep was new but he did a great job overall. He did not hesitate to ask his fellow co workers for help when I asked a question and him not knowing, he could have just made something up. Overall great expieriance. I would definately reccommend this store.

I went once last year for an oil change. They said it would take about 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I was still waiting! This week I went to get new tires on my car. They told me the cheapest they could do it was nearly $750! They were completely trying to take advantage of the fact I'm a woman and likely don't know anything about cars. I'm not that stupid, I told them "no" and walked out. Don't let your daughter or wife go here alone, they'll try to take advantage of them!

My husband went in today to get my tire fixed (nail in it). A women came in AFTER him, but the store manager offered to help her first. He looked at her tire, and told her it would be 10-15 minutes. He was EXTREMELY nice to her of course.



Next he asks my husband what he needs....not nearly as nicely of course. When my husband told him, the guy said it would be 2-3 HOURS and he would need to leave it.



This isn't the first time we've gotten bad service here. This is absolutely ridiculous and to be honest, I'm tired of them getting away with it and no one doing anything.



If you need automotive repair......DON'T GO HERE!
