Best staff I have had to deal with in a long time, very knowledgeable and helpful. My mothers aide is also very nice and flexible. Overall the service is great and reliable.
0Utilizing the services of On Call Care Services was the best choice I have ever made. After I got a job, I knew taking care of my husband would be hard, so I decided to hire an agency to take care of his needs during my work hours. He has been restricted to a wheelchair for about two years now and cannot work as a result I have to. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that he is in great and caring hands! I am relieved when I go to work that I don’t have to worry about him. Thank you On Call.
I was in a Supermarket the other day and I was talking to my sister on the phone about care for my elderly mother, the cashier whose sister is a caregiver with On Call refereed me and I am glad she did, God worked in a mysterious way and sent me the angels at On Call. My mother was smiling as the caregiver left for the day and could not stop telling my husband and I about the great day she had. She said the CNA even played games with her and talked about all sorts of things yet did her job quite well, she was not harsh but like an angel.
