About 6 months ago, me and my husband purchased a truck from here. The truck has been running great, had no problems with it. i have made every payment on time, everytime. One time i was short on my check and asked if i could pay for it the following week. And the lady i talked was like no it has to be paid now. They are not flexible whatsoever. They will not help when you need help. I highly do NOT recommend this dealer!! Spend your hard working money elsewhere where the customer service is better. I can not stand these people, i just hope i can get my husband truck paid off fast so i will not have to deal with them anymore!!!!

Paid off my car year ago and they still haven't sent topeka paper work saying we paid them off so we can get are title smdh

My son purchased his first car a 2004 Ford Taurus from Credit Motors in Kansas City KS approx 1 1/2 months ago. Since he received the car it has had problems with the catalytic converter, alternator and a/c compressor. My son is 21 years old and makes minimum wage and trying to make it on his own has spent hundreds of extra dollars to keep this car on the road in order to maintain his employment. The manager of this dealership really taken advantage of this situation. We have been lied to and laughted at. I am trying to be fair and about this situation however it has been frustrating to be blatantly taken advantage of with no recourse. We are at a loss to where to turn. This vehicle has been broken down more than it has been on the road. I know this situation is not right but again do not know how to go about stopping the abuse of this dealership.

I would say to never get a vehicle from this place. Unless you like to be SCREWED over. I have had my car for a year or so, the transmission started to mess up in it I figured maybe I should just take it back up to them and see what they have to say about it.. So I took it up there they had it for 2 or 3 days or so. They never gave me a phone call back or anything else. So I went up there to get my vehicle because JOE the Sales Excutive wanted half of the money down that day to Fix my vehicle Or REBUILD my transmission. when that was never the problem. When I walked up to the front counter and asked the lady for my keys to my vehicle, she said " Is it out front" i said "no" she stated "Well its not done." I told her that I did not want them to fix my vehicle and got an attitdue like I did something wrong. Anyways come to find out the transmission is messed up but its not what they said what was wrong with it, They told me that all the gears were stripped out all they wanted was my money, They also do not have a good warranty program on their vehicles either and they over price everything on their lot. Oh yeah I also tried to call them today to see how much I owed on my payments because the STARTER went out in my vehicle keep in mind all of this happened within a week or so. The lady was being a completely RUDE to me!!!!! I was asking how much I owe and let her know the day and time I can come in and pay my bill, She stated " Well the account is under reveiw" I asked her if she can put what im saying in the notes and she told me no, first of all I work at UHAUL we have storage units here, I know how collections work. First thing you dont do is be rude to the customer that owes you money cause that makes them not want to pay you... ANYWAYS ALL I WANT IS SOME FEEDBACK FROM SOMEONE THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE RUDE TO ME...... OK THATS WHY I HAVE NOT REFERED ANYONE TO THIS BUISNESS AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY ARE RUDE!@!#!@#$

Words can not describe what I've been through today. Spent FIVE hours at this car lot, only at the end of the day for them to deny the person I was co-signing for. Couldn't even say why, but I'm sure the information required for denial could have been obtained in 30 minutes, not FIVE hours. Couldn't even remember information they had told us 2 minutes earlier, VERY unorganized, VERY unprofessional. Avoid the headache.
