I ordered a Valentine plant for my daughter and it never got delivered. I had to wait on hold a long time before my call was even answered and that should have been the first hint that this was the wrong place to order from. When I called to complain, I was told that the answering service had taken my order and did not give it to the store. I will never order from this establishment again.

This is a follow up review for the actual flowers sent today, after not being able to reach Park Lane yesterday at all from 3PM on. She sent me a picture of the flowers, which she loves but I am not happy with. The description said it would be "a mix of blooms in shades of pink, white and lavender and more, all tied up with a pink bow." The picture showed what appears to be a clear, glass vase. It also said it would be "delivered in a vase adorned with a matching ribbon." What she received was a mauve colored vase appearing to be plastic. but could be glass. No ribbon. Lots of daisies (Monte Cassino Asters??), greenery, a couple of long stem red roses with some pink Alstroemeria and maybe some green button chrysanthemums. Definitely not like the photo with "pink, white and lavender". I did not authorize substitutions either. Tried to call to ask about the order but once again got an automated statement asking for my party's extension. Will not use again and DON'T RECOMMEND!

I am attempting to contact this business after ordering on line for my daughter's birthday. I wanted to confirm my order to make sure I did not duplicate, however when I call both contact numbers (the 1-800 and the local 269 number) no one answers the telephone. I get an automated message, with no greeting to ensure it actually is Park Lane Florist, asking for an extension or to press "00" if I don't know the extension. Since I don't have the extension, I press the zeros only to have the same automated message all over again! Their website says they are open today for another two hours...VERY FRUSTRATED and UNPROFESSIONAL. I certainly hope my order is better than their customer service. I would not recommend at this point.

I ordered an arrangement and they substituted a different container and alternate flowers. The end result was not what I wanted. I was eventually issued a refund.

I ordered from their website and a completely different, lower quality, arrangement was delivered.The florist said he followed the picture of what I ordered, but he clearly did not. He agreed to send the correct arrangement to my grandmother and that was 5 days ago... still no arrangement. I have been trying to call their shop for three business days and they do not answer the phone.

These folks go the extra mile to insure the product is made & delivered as ordered. Best quality for the price. Superb design work! The go to florist in the Kalamazoo area.

Great Service and the BEST QUALITY FLOWERS you will ever purchase for yourself or send to someone. I have been using Park Lane Florist for several years and will never order flowers from anyone else. My hat goes off to John and his staff at Park Lane. You should try them and you will never use another florist again, I promise you that.
