I visited the Henderson Castle 4 time for business in the last 2 month and decided to take my wife for our anniversary last week end ....What an amazing place , The food is spectacular , the rooms are fantastic, and the hospitality is great. The roof top with the hot tub is to die for...what a view...no wonder why they was voted best romantic getaway in MI by CBS news last month and best wedding venue 2013 by the knot magazine ...They deserve it ! The owner Francois is a terrific guy down to earth with a great vision for the Castle ....I can't say enough about this place ! It is just magical !

I love everything about the house,delicious food, the workers, Francois treated us to the most delicious meal I've ever been served, and served it to us personally. I've lived in Kalamazoo over 40 years, and my stay at the castle was easily the best thing ever. I feel honored to have done it, and hope to many more times!

Took my 4 year old daughter and her 4 year old friend to the castle almost a year ago and they still talk about the day they saw the castle and the princess. Recently we saw a picture of a castle and she instantly remembered the Henderson Castle and started talking about the day she went to the castle on her special day. Beautiful place and gorgeous inside and out.

It was perfect! The castle is beautiful and the staff are great and friendly. Would visit again if I had the money!

I and my husband had breakfast last summer in the castle and we love the food, the environment, the service and we enjoyed the little talk with the chef. Would love to go back there to have a dinner sometime later.

I have never been to the Henderson Castle. But I have always dreamed of going inside it. About three years ago when my husband and I got married I wanted it to be there but we didn't have the funds for it. I thought it would have been so cool to officially become a Henderson in the Henderson Castle. It would be an experience to remember.

The scenery is beautiful, the castle itself is like a dream! Francois is amazing and has totally revamped the personality of the castle!

Love how the past is represented and preserved so wonderfully here! I always imagine what it must have been like to live in Kalamazoo while this place was being built. How the people interacted with each other, how they spoke (and sounded like), what was important to them, what they were interested in, what they imagined. I'm so glad we have such a rich history and this little piece of it exists to remind us all. Thank you!
