They had done some work on my Corolla when I got hit by another car on my back bumper. They did great work and the estimator that was helping me was very polite and updated me on the repairs every day to let me know what was going on. It was easy to get an estimate and even though it took a week to get scheduled in for repairs, it was well worth the wait. They were recommended by my insurance company USAA. It was really nice having them close by to Fort Riley. They are a great company and have great people that work there.

Had windshield replaced in acura coupe installed a 4 dr windshield I also had new oem honda seals windshield had slight leak and side molding flew off on highway.... never again

What kind of person would buy a car knowing there is structural damage?

Rude and a complete waste of my time!! Called them to get an estimate for my Car. Explained to them that I didn't know what the damage was but that the carfax report showed structural damage and I needed them to look at it and tell me what the issue was. They told me on the phone that was no problem and told me to bring it in the next day and they would give me a free estimate. When I showed up the receptionist was very polite and nice but when I got the guy to look at the car everything went down hill. He walked up to my car and told me to tell him what was wrong with the car. This was the very same guy that the receptionist had explained the whole situation to. I told him I didn't know and that's what he was supposed to be telling me. He was the professional after all. He just looked at me with this blank stare and told me again to tell him where the damage was. After him telling me about 5 times and to show him the damage and him completely ignoring what I was saying to him I had enough. He finally told me he could send it down to the Ford dealer to have them look at it but that would cost me 2-300 but they couldn't look at it. I then went to the dealer myself who are charging me $80.00 to look at the car. So they where going to rip me off.

I'm not impressed with the auto craft in Junction City Ks. We dropped off the car 3 June and we were told it would be ready Friday. Called to check the status on thursday and was told that ford kept sending dented parts and that their body guy had to leave to plant alfalfa?????.We then were told that it would be ready Wedesday 12 June. I called 12 June at 9 a.m. and was told it won't be ready until maybe Friday 14 June because their Compressor was broken. It seems that all they provide is excuses and pretty lame ones at that. Planting Alfalfa....Come on... Really? I made a complaint to our insurance company to see if they could help. I would definately not recommend Autocraft to any one. Can't comment on the quality of the work as I havent seen the car yet. It's making me nervous though.

I took my Honda civic in because someone vandalized the drivers door and the hood. They made my car look like it did when I bought it new! The guy noticed that they forgot one part of my pin striping on my gas cap cover and they fixed it on the spot! They called and got me a rental and everything. They were very polite to me and did everything they could to make my visit good. I highly recommend this place to fix your vehicle!Also, they cleaned and vacuumed my car!

all they did was order the replacement parts, paint them the wrong color and put them on the car, lacking the needed adjustment you can see that my front bumper is crooked. they completely over looked other parts of the damage and when i brought this to "dayrl's" attention he said to me that he wasnt happy with his shop's work on my car. no call backs in a week, i called and no one in the shop including "daryl" seemed to care. i had the car re evaluated by my insurance company and their adjuster told me that "daryl" said he would call me to arrange for rework of their repair. no call - what can i say other than they treated me very unprofessionally.

Our insurance company recommend Auto Craft for repairs to our vehicle after someone hit us. They had repairs done within a week. Damage wasn't that bad though. When we got our vehicle back it looked brand new. When we had an issue with our windows, we brought it back and they fixed it right on the spot. I think they went above and beyond with the repairs. Completely impressed and would go there again.
