My parents have bought their meat at Cramer's for years and have never had anything but great service, until this last Saturday. They went in for some deli meat and cheese. Cramer's found it acceptable to slice their food while leaving it completely in the package! When my mom called to complain, thinking maybe the person was new and just made a simple mistake, she received absolutely no apology and the employee, a weekend manager, offered to PICK it out! They waited until Monday since we live about 25 minutes from Joplin and took it in to the store so the employees could see the magnitude of the plastic in their food (there were shreds you couldn't even see). Once again, they received no apology and were only offered to pick it all out..no replacement product or refund! So, I posted a review on Facebook to get their attention. All they had to do was make it right. They finally offered replacement product, But not what you would think...they wanted to reslice meat and cheese...IN THE PLASTIC..AND PICK IT OUT..just to prove that they could pick it all out...I have a 2 year old that could choke on that plastic and I told them that. Their response was "a baby wouldn't choke on that." Seriously. They must not have children, because mine can choke on anything! You have got to treat your customers right, especially your regulars...they are what keeps your business thriving!

I forgot what GOOD meat tasted like. Do very pleased with Cramers on rangeline. Ill be going back as my freezer gets empty!

I used to live in Joplin and i always got my meat at Cramers the best in town. No i live in excelsior Springs 3 hrs away but i drive it when i go there to see my son and family and i still get my meat there its fresh and tender and i trust the cramers . Thank you for the time you give to us .Brain is great and nice.

My nephew grilled me a steak they got at Food 4 Less that was really good , but a few weeks later I took him to CRAMERS and bought one of their packages listed on the wall . Oh my gosh , the differance in taste and quality was uncomparabl . The service was great and the price was unbeatable . I won't buy meat anywhere else !!!!!!

My Grandparents, who have long since passed, use to buy from Cramers. They LOVED everything they purchased. The one thing they seemed to love the most was Cramers Chili. I, for the first time went to Cramers last week. It was refreshing to have very Nice, Polite, Caring young people waiting on me. It's so good to know there are people out there who still run their business with a small town, loving, caring, family atmosphere. By the way, My Husband Loved the Liver-Cheese.Thanks to the young man who sliced it for me.
