I am very happy with this vet so far. My Mattie Girl just had cancer removed along with a toe and the staff was really good to her and Dr. Campbell was very helpful and understanding.Thanks

My husband and I want to thank the staff and Drs for their quality care and kindness in the care of our golden retriever, Dan. Several weeks after we lost Dan, we received a package in the mail. It was a special remembrance of Dan, a plaster of his paw print with his name and blue ribbon. This meant so much to us and was very kind of them.

Excellent doctors and staff. This was the third veterinarian I was referred to for my cats condition as she had cancer and her ear was rotting off. Staff had all her records when I arrived. I filled out some papers and was shown to a room. Never once did anyone ask how I would pay for the surgery. Their concern was for my baby. I was seen within 5 mins of being in the room. Dr Chamness and I talked about her condition and I asked the cost. My baby wound up having her whole ear canal removed and her ear. This was what Jones Animal Clinic feared she would need. Dr Chamness called me himself after her surgery to let me know what he had to do and why and that she was doing good. When I arrived the next day to pick her up, Dr Chamness himself came to see me and talk about her condition and recovery. A week later, Dr Chamness called me to tell me the results of the biopsy which showed the cancer to be malignant. I am very greatful for this Dr and his staff was wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We have used JBAH for quite some time. We have always found the doctors and staff to be very courteous, professional and caring.

Not a good Veterinary center at all! Nasty attitude with the receptionist, false quotes and do not care about the pets, only $$$!
