I simply want to voice my dissatisfaction with the service, or the lack thereof at your establishment. I called the location on Phillips and placed a very simple sandwich order, 15 MINUTES PRIOR to leaving work. Upon my arrival, one of the waitresses asked "did you have a call in?" I replied "yes I do". Much to my dismay, my food wasn't ready, nor was it even close to being put on the grill. The kicker was .....THERE WAS NO ON IN THE RESTAURANT EXCEPT FOR THE THREE EMPLOYEES!!!! One who was sitting down having a meal. Needless to say, I was very upset by the service and the way they so non-chalantly gave me the I don't give a damn service. My few dollars may not mean much to such a large organization such as this, but rest assured, those three young ladies would never make it in the real world with attitudes like theirs and they give a normally good restaurant name a "black eye"!! Respectfully, Very Dissatisfied Customer
