Over 25 years experience in Piano Tuning, repair and rebuilding, after graduating top of his class in 1985 from the Piano Technology division of the North Bennet Street School in Boston, MA, Steven Ratzel began tuning pianos for the Steinway Showroom in New York City, Broadway Theatres, and Voice Teachers. Steven now works for the Watermusic Recording Studio in Hoboken, and Cranford and Kenilworth NJ School Districts. Steven is also a professional musician, Director of Music at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Orange, NJ. All Piano Repair work is guaranteed. Your Piano will be tuned and A440 concert ready in about an hour!

As a music Teacher living in Cranford, NJ, I am very particular about the tuning of my Mason & Hamlin grand piano. Steven has tuned my piano for over 10 years. I would not let anyone else work on my piano! James Lenney Cranford NJ

My old Weber was half a tone flat. I thought it could never play on pitch til Steven tuned it. Now it sounds fantastic and he has tuned it regularly ever since Bill Goffi New York City
