For return trip, often does NOT show up until half an hour late or at times even does NOT show up at all for the return trip. Phone number for Peace always goes to voice mail--then they are very slow to call back or do not call back at all (as was today). Dispatcher is very uncoordinated: today they phoned patient's home about picking up the patient, though they had already picked the patient up earlier; they had to be told they were already late to pick up patient from the medical facility, which was earlier scheduled for a definite time --the dispatcher then said he would call driver. Nearly half hour later, no driver had come to the facility.
