I call Lombardos HVAC for service on my furnace yesterday Jan 31-19 it was 15 degrees outside. I was surprised when the girl on the phone told me someone will be there within the hour. The tech showed up within the hour quickly figured out the problem and repaired it at a reasonable rate. I will use them in the future from now on, very happy.

Lombardo's is the BEST! 2nd time I have used them and would never think to call someone else. 1st time for an AC emergency July 3rd 2014. I was able to get away for the holiday as planned. Yesterday, a different AC problem - though one I was forewarned about in 2014... He was here next day - ON TIME - with a hard to find part as the unit is an older model. Not only great service - but professional, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. A pleasure to do business with!!

Lombardo's Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace in our home and I have nothing but high praise for this company. They answered my call within the hour, and were at my home within another hour.( It was snowing!) They provided me with all the details and options available to replace my unit. No high pressure, just calm reasonable assurance. They installed the unit the next day with complete professional service. I have used Lombardo's for emergency and non-emergency service and I can't say enough great things about them. Their response time is amazing. You get a quick reply and service no matter when you call or how far away you live (I live well over an hour from their office and Tony has battled rush hour to be at my house first thing in the morning). I had a late night emergency with my A/C unit on July 3, service was Excellent the technician was able to fix my unit the same night, courteous and very knowledgeable with a reasonable price.

Very prompt and reliable service, Tony knew exactly what was wrong with my 17+ year old air condition unit that stopped providing cool air. Replace some of the parts to keep it going through these hot days in the summer. Probably looking to replace our two zones in the near future. Would not hesitate to call them again when needed.

I had a problem with a my furnace blower motor. Called a service tech and they were selling the whole game. Replace furnace, AC talking like a salesman (friendly electric). I understood that my furnace was getting there in age but they would ignore the current "fix". Called Lombardo, who I worked with before, it was just that he was busy that day and came out the next day and told us what we needed to look for in the future and fixed the motor for HALF the estimate from the other place! Took the motor and fan out and fixed the fan rather than replacing it to save me more money. Tony, the owner is as nice as they come. You can talk to him while he's working, ask any questions and he's knows his stuff. Made me feel real comfortable and I learned my lesson and now know to just call Lombardo's. The work is great, warrantied and worth all the money. If you're reading these reviews and are unsure of a place for heating or ac, call them you won't be disappointed!

My house in Sayerville NJ. flooded from hurricane Sandy.I had 3 feet of water in my crawlspace,Furnace and all ductwork completely destroyed.I called 3 HVAC contractors two of them were trying to take advantage of the sittuation assuring me my "Insurance Co. will pay for it".Lombardo's Heating gave me a reasonable price to replace the Furnace and all ductwork. Once I gave them the OK to do the work they scheduled me in for the following day and completed the work in two days.They also did all the paperwork and coordination with the inspectors,Very satisfied with their work and quick responce to my emergency.

EXCELLENT service! Called on a Friday after 5. A person answered! I was told of course someone could be here to fix the AC first thing on Saturday morning. The service tech, Tony, was here early. Knew just what was wrong,had the part needed in his truck. Fixed the problem in a few minutes. The central air was up and working like new! And the best part: fair price!!! I could not be happier. Tony was professional and friendly and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Great service...called on SUNDAY, they were out within the hour and had my AC up and running with a new motor in just about 1 hour. Very reasonable and friendly. Great job keeping my family and pets cool!
