Nemet nissan was the best dealer that i have come across yet. The phone operator transfered me directly to a manager who rolled out the red carpet. I got all the information i wanted and they showed me all of the options i needed. when i went in the process was confortable and fun. I joined the friends and family referral program and became an instant vip member. I chose nemet nissan because they were the friendliest dealer in queens, ny. I even received a lifetime warranty on my car which i couldn't get anywhere else. I was introduced to the service manager and my first oil change was scheduled and on the house.

Good customer service. I was looking for a 2008 Nissan Murano and I saw Nemet had it on their website. The sales guy I think his name was Steve was great. He came down on the price and gave me some extras like free oil changes in the deal. He didnt try to talk me into a new model or anything else I didnt want. I definitely recommend them.

TOTALLY DISHONEST. Added extra fees to the final invoice and jacked up the intrest rate, that was after adding $1,000 to the sales tax. From the owner, the manager all the way down to the salesmen & the finance officer, they look at you in amazement if you question their errors. Manager eventually told me it was the only way to make money on the deal...

the best service department there is. i dealt directly with the manager wayne and he answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. now i will buy my next car there because of the service department works closely with sales. they are right next door and i shopped for a car while mine was being serviced
