Aylmer's Grille LLC

Aylmer's Grille is a dream come true for our family. Having grown up just down the street, it is an honor to have the opportunity to do what I love on the same street corners where I played as a young boy. As a child, I grew up with a great fondness for good food - mostly because my mom and dad loved to cook. I loved to watch the smiling faces of my brothers and sisters when my mother would bring a new dish to the table. She would work miracles feeding ten hungry mouths each day and still have the time to create wonderful pastries and desserts for us to enjoy before going to bed each night. It was there that I was hooked on bringing that same joy to people.

I left Jaffrey to attend the Culinary Institute of America and from there traveled around the country pursuing my career as a chef and perfecting my talents. I worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Caesar's Hotel & Casino, Omni Hotels, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, and one of the top catering companies in the DC area, Occasions Caterers. I enjoy bringing the French classics and American cuisine together to delight the palate.
