VERY POOR CARE TAKING OF PATIENTS, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Employees not taking care of patients properly. My family member was not getting the right food and diffently not... (More) Employees not taking care of patients properly. My family member was not getting the right food and diffently not gettig enough fluids thru out the day to drink. Hygiene was very very poor. I had to clean up my family member on numerous times when visited. I was advised they only fill a 16 oz cup with ice/water once at shift change unless the patient ask for it. It takes too long for an employee to respond to patient. When leaving pacific guidelines for my family member they are not being followed out. It took me 20 minutes on one of my visits to get the nurse to come see about my family members arm, pain issues and food issues. The only person in this facility that was considerate was a PT employee. Housekeeping was very poor- not cleaning the rooms/bathroom and linens.
dietary very poor- not enough portions of food for patients, UNDERSTAFF for taking care of patients.
Employees seating down when they should be taking care of the patients.  (Hide)
