Paid a service that they did not perform. I have a 2004 Nissan Quest and took it to Coggin Nissan on Feb. 6, 2006 for some various repair (still in warranty)... (More) I have a 2004 Nissan Quest and took it to Coggin Nissan on Feb. 6, 2006 for some various repair (still in warranty) including a tire rotation (I marked the tires before servicing) which I paid for. I was very busy then that week that my wife took the van over there. I found out that Saturday that they did not perform the tire rotation based on the mark I made prior to the service and the display panel was not reset. I called them and told me to go back there to confirm it with their computer records. When I went there, they could not pull my account so the best thing that they can do is to rotate the tires. The mere fact that they were very DISHONEST and BAD COSTUMER SERVICE and run around made me not to let them touch my van again so I requested for a refund. I am just wondering how many people got ripped off by them with other services. They just don't realize that without us costumers, they won't have a job. (Hide)
