the absolute worst customer service in the world.they own you once the have you.Your concerns mean nothing to them.It's their way or the highway,you have no say.Very fishy way of doing business.They can't be trusted to look out for you,they are in it for them.Rude is not an adjective that I would use,it would be worse!

On the first week of March 2015, I received a prescription refill that I DID NOT REQUEST. I called and spoke to Paul, THE pharmacist, who said to mail it back or bring it back. I paid $9.78 to return it, along with a letter stating Caremax's error. I asked for a refund of my mailing costs and a statement proving that my insurance would not be billed for this UNREQUESTED medication. I have not received either one. On 3/21/15, I called Caremax asking pharmacist Paul for the full name of the owner. He only would release the first name. There is something very unprofessional and very odd about the service I have received. I am still waiting to see if my insurance company was wrongly charged for a prescription. If so, I will pursue this through my insurance carrier. I would NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy to anyone because of the way I have been treated.
