The staff at the Savannah office that I rented the truck from was very courteous and professional. When I rented the truck the fuel gauge indicated that the fuel tank was one bar below full and I noted that on the paperwork that was filled out at the time of rental. Before I returned it to the Beach Boulevard location I fueled the truck until the gas pump would not pump any additional fuel. When I turned the truck on the fuel gauge indicated that it was one bar below full. I dropped the truck off at the designated location that was a one man operation and the owner stated that he would not accept the truck unless it was full. I let him know that I filled the truck until the gas pump would not allow me to add more. He stated that he would not accept the truck unless it was full. I called the corporate office and they said that he was not allowed to deny the return. He charged me 30 dollars for not filling it up!  (Hide)
